We provide a distinct experience to our guests. The Holtze is a quiet place with a residential "non-hotel" feeling. It is a place where our guests can relax and shake off the usual pressures of being on the road. With us they feel at home. This element is very important because many of our guests stay with us for two weeks or more, and they specifically do not want a typical hotel experience. Not only do we offer a hotel, but we provide corporate housing for long-term stays. Therefore, we design our buildings to look like houses. We heavily landscape the interior courtyard of our properties to be similar to home. Also, we serve a nice breakfast and evening hospitality hour in an executive lounge that looks more like a living room than a cocktail bar.
