In the upscale Guest Rooms and Suites at Holtze Executive Village, enjoy five layers of comfort in our queen or king beds.  A beautiful, European bath with oval soaking tub is standard at the Holtze, and each room is accompanied by our Clubhouse Amenities.  Guest Rooms and Suites are equipped with the following:

King Guest Rooms

The King Guest Room is perfect for either the corporate traveler or couples on a getaway weekend.  Guests can relax in a plush king bed, an entertainment armoire, a microwave oven and mini-refrigerator, in addition to a work desk, and an oversized club chair with ottoman that converts to a twin bed.

 
Double Queen Guest Rooms

Groups and families can get the most out of our Double Queen Guest Room which sleeps four.  The contemporary and sophisticated Double Queen Room is also equipped with an entertainment armoire, a microwave, and mini-refrigerator. 

 
One Bedroom Suites

All the amenities in our Guest Rooms are enhanced in our 750-sq. ft. One-bedroom Suite.  A comfortable living room with a gas log fireplace, a dining table, and a full-sized kitchen with appliances, cookware, and tableware create a spacious home for a week or a stay of several months at the Holtze.  The separate bedroom in the Suite includes a plush queen bed and a second television.
Two Bedroom Suites

When a King Guest Room or a Double Queen Guest Room is added to our Suite, it becomes a beautifully furnished, 1,150-sq. ft. Two-bedroom Apartment.  Two European baths give your family the privacy you need, and ample storage closets allow plenty of storage for personal items during a relocation, transition, or extended stay.
